REVISION POLICY
The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package, and you can request as many revisions as specified in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. You are not liable to pay any additional charges if the design concepts are not changed. You will receive your revised design within 120 hours.
Any changes or revisions requested after the logo designs are finalized will be treated as a new order and charged separately.
REFUND POLICY
Shinra Solution’s refund policy will be void if:
You have chosen a special package.
The primary design concept has been approved.
You have requested revisions.
The cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the company.
The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks after project initiation.
Company policies have been violated.
Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
The creative brief is lacking the required information.
A complete design change has been requested.
The claim exceeds the given ‘request for refund’ time frame.
The business is closing, changing its name, or rebranding.
Reasons such as ‘change of mind,’ ‘disagreement with a partner,’ or other unrelated issues will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only apply to that specific service and not the entire bundle.
The client will not be entitled to any refund after 15 days from the date of purchase.
Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
In the case of website development, refunds will not be issued once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
The money-back guarantee will only apply if the initial designs are completely rejected by the client. If the client requests additional design concepts or amendments after the initial designs and then requests a refund, Shinra Solution reserves the right to deduct 33% of the total billing amount for costs incurred, including processing and service fees.
Note: Shinra Solution reserves the right to reject any project or cancel the contract when deemed necessary. After a refund is issued, you will no longer have any rights to use the designs for any purpose. The designs will be the sole property of Shinra Solution.

After receiving your refund, you will lose all rights to any designs submitted by Shinra Solution. This information will be filed with the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legal integrity.
